Taha Akyol, Mustafa Yenero\u011flu ve Prof. Dr. Ahmet Battal&#8217;\u0131n konu\u015fmac\u0131 oldu\u011fu panelde, \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki adalet krizinin sadece siyasi de\u011fil, derin sosyolojik ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel k\u00f6kenleri oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/asyakm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-11-30-at-15.00.24-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-813\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fta Bedi\u00fczzaman ve Kozmik Denge Vurgusu<\/strong><br>A\u00e7\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan Dernek Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hasan G\u00dcNE\u015e, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l yap\u0131lan &#8220;\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n Sorunlar\u0131na \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmler&#8221; panelinin ard\u0131ndan, adaletteki zafiyet konusunu merkeze ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Ba\u015fkan, adalet ve ahlak\u0131n toplumun omurgas\u0131 oldu\u011funu, birinin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn di\u011ferini de ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fini ifade etti.<br>Konu\u015fmada, Kur&#8217;an&#8217;dan (Rahman Suresi) kozmik denge \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilerek, insani ili\u015fkilerde de bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fcn muhafaza edilmesi gerekti\u011fi belirtildi. Bedi\u00fczzaman Said Nurs\u00ee&#8217;nin &#8220;Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n d\u00f6rt maksad\u0131: Tevhit, n\u00fcb\u00fcvvet, adalet ve ha\u015fir&#8221; vecizesi ile adalet kavram\u0131n\u0131n inanc\u0131n ve yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f gayesinin temel dire\u011fi oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/asyakm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-11-30-at-15.03.46-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-814\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><br><strong>Akyol: \u0130mam-\u0131 Azam&#8217;dan Kuvvetler Ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na<\/strong><br>Gazeteci ve hukuk\u00e7u Taha Akyol, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda adalet ve ahlak\u0131 koruman\u0131n yeg\u00e2ne yolunun hukuk oldu\u011funu savundu. Akyol, adaletsizli\u011fin kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7ler aras\u0131ndaki fark oldu\u011funu belirterek, Lord Acton&#8217;un &#8220;Mutlak g\u00fc\u00e7 mutlaka bozar&#8221; s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. G\u00fcc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131rlayacak yeg\u00e2ne \u00e7arenin, Bat\u0131&#8217;da Montesquieu gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerle kurumsalla\u015fan kuvvetler ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilkesi oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<br>Akyol, \u0130slam tarihi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce gelene\u011finden de \u00f6nemli ele\u015ftiriler getirdi:<br>\u2022 \u0130mam-\u0131 Azam \u00d6rne\u011fi: Zalim Abbasi Halifesi Mansur&#8217;un ba\u015fkad\u0131l\u0131k teklifini reddetti\u011fi i\u00e7in i\u015fkenceyle \u015fehit edilen \u0130mam-\u0131 Azam&#8217;\u0131n, Bat\u0131&#8217;daki Thomas More gibi bir &#8220;h\u00fcrriyet kahraman\u0131&#8221; olarak an\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131n, \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki h\u00fcrriyet fikrinin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savundu.<br>\u2022 Said Nurs\u00ee&#8217;nin \u0130stibdat Ele\u015ftirisi: Bedi\u00fczzaman Said Nurs\u00ee&#8217;nin \u0130stibdat&#8217;\u0131 (Bask\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6netim) &#8220;bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131k&#8221; olarak nitelemesi ve &#8220;Kur\u00fbn-\u0131 Vust\u00e2&#8217;da (Orta \u00c7a\u011f\u2019da) durduran alt\u0131 hastal\u0131k&#8221; tespitleri ile siyasi gerili\u011fe dikkat \u00e7ekildi.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"546\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/asyakm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-11-30-at-15.00.48-546x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-815\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Yenero\u011flu: Teori-Pratik U\u00e7urumu ve Sorgulama Eksikli\u011fi<\/strong><br>Siyaset\u00e7i ve hukuk\u00e7u Mustafa Yenero\u011flu, teorik \u0130slami iddialarla pratik ya\u015fam aras\u0131ndaki b\u00fcy\u00fck u\u00e7uruma odakland\u0131. Yenero\u011flu, Kur&#8217;an&#8217;\u0131n adalet buyruklar\u0131n\u0131n aktif sorumlulu\u011fa \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 (&#8220;Adalete \u015fahitlik edin&#8221;) ancak M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00e7o\u011funluklu \u00fclkelerin &#8220;\u0130slamilik Endeksi&#8221; gibi s\u0131ralamalarda \u00e7ok gerilerde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve dindarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yaln\u0131zca kimli\u011fe hapsedildi\u011fini belirtti.<br>\u2022 Sosyolojik Sorun: Hukuksuzluklar\u0131n ve yolsuzluklar\u0131n sadece iktidar meselesi de\u011fil, toplumun \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun otoriter devlete olan inanc\u0131ndan ve bu konulara kar\u015f\u0131 yeterli hassasiyeti g\u00f6stermemesinden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<br>\u2022 \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm: Uleman\u0131n fitne korkusuyla zalim y\u00f6netimlere r\u0131za g\u00f6stermeyi esas h\u00e2line getiren d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce gelene\u011finin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve otoriteyi sorgulayan sivil bilincin geli\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fini savundu. Ahlak\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc empati Yunus Emre&#8217;den al\u0131nt\u0131yla: tan\u0131mlad\u0131.<br>\u2022 Yarg\u0131daki Ahlaki Krize Ele\u015ftiri: Yarg\u0131da ya\u015fanan krizi Bedi\u00fczzaman&#8217;\u0131n sorusuyla de\u011ferlendirdi: &#8220;Bir masumu hapsetmek mi, yoksa bir caniyi serbest b\u0131rakmak m\u0131 daha zararl\u0131d\u0131r?&#8221; Battal, masumu korumaya \u00f6ncelik vermeyen bir h\u00e2kimin ahiret inanc\u0131n\u0131n sorgulanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savundu.<br>\u2022 Sivil Duru\u015f \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131: Do\u011fu toplumlar\u0131nda devletin insanlar\u0131 m\u00fcnaf\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa (iki y\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe) zorlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, sivil toplumun anti-otoriterlik bilincini geli\u015ftirmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Bu kapsamda Nam\u0131k Kemal&#8217;in, zalime yard\u0131m edenleri &#8220;Mu\u00een-i zalimin d\u00fcnyada erb\u00e2b-\u0131 den\u00e2ettir&#8221; (zalimin yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 al\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n en dibidir) dizeleriyle ele\u015ftirdi\u011fi hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131.<br>\u2022 Ka\u00e7\u0131lan ve Ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lan \u00dclkeler: D\u00fcnyan\u0131n, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n &#8220;kendisine ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221;
