Program kapsam\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca Karikat\u00fcrist \u0130brahim \u00d6zdabak\u2019\u0131n &#8220;\u00c7izgilerle Bedi\u00fczzaman&#8221; konulu sunumu da yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte panelden \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015fl\u0131klar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f: &#8220;K\u00fcresel K\u00f6y\u00fcn, K\u00fcresel Vicdana \u0130htiyac\u0131 Var&#8221;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Program\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 Asya K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Medeniyet Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Hasan G\u00fcne\u015f<\/strong> yapt\u0131. Teknolojik geli\u015fmelerle d\u00fcnyan\u0131n k\u00fcresel bir k\u00f6ye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten G\u00fcne\u015f, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir ucundaki ac\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer ucunda hissedildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti. Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;dan Filistin&#8217;e, Ukrayna&#8217;dan, \u0130ran ve Yemen&#8217;e kadar ya\u015fanan zul\u00fcmlere kar\u015f\u0131 otoriterle\u015fen y\u00f6netimlerin de\u011fil, temel hak ve h\u00fcrriyetlerin korunmas\u0131n\u0131 merkeze alan demokratik dayan\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. G\u00fcne\u015f, Bedi\u00fczzaman&#8217;\u0131n &#8220;Ekmeksiz ya\u015far\u0131m, h\u00fcrriyetsiz ya\u015fayamam&#8221; s\u00f6z\u00fcne at\u0131fla, toplumlar\u0131n ancak h\u00fcrriyet ve demokrasi zemininde nefes alabilece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moderat\u00f6r <strong>Tar\u0131k S\u00f6ylemezo\u011flu<\/strong> ise d\u00fcnyan\u0131n co\u011frafyalar \u00fczerinden de\u011fil, de\u011ferler ekseninde (adalet ve ahlak ile zul\u00fcm ve menfaat aras\u0131nda) ikiye ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, t\u00fcm haks\u0131zl\u0131klara ra\u011fmen k\u00fcresel vicdan\u0131n sessiz ama derinden bir uyan\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mehmet Altan: &#8220;Teknoloji K\u00fcreselle\u015fti Ancak Vicdan Hen\u00fcz K\u00fcreselle\u015femedi&#8221;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Panelin ilk konu\u015fmac\u0131s\u0131 <strong>Prof. Dr. Mehmet Altan<\/strong>, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler taraf\u0131ndan kabul edilen &#8220;5 Nisan K\u00fcresel Vicdan G\u00fcn\u00fc&#8221;n\u00fcn \u00f6nemine de\u011finerek, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hala bar\u0131\u015f ve etik de\u011ferleri vurgulamaya muhta\u00e7 olmas\u0131n\u0131n hazin bir tablo oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u0130slam ve Demokrasi Uyumu:<\/strong> Bedi\u00fczzaman Said Nursi\u2019nin <em>M\u00fcnazarat<\/em> adl\u0131 eserine dikkat \u00e7eken Altan, eserde me\u015frutiyetin (demokrasinin) \u0130slamiyet ile \u00e7eli\u015fmedi\u011finin, aksine insan\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alan bir sistem oldu\u011funun net bir \u015fekilde izah edildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vicdan\u0131n \u0130\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesi:<\/strong> Dinin salt bir rit\u00fcel olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p felsefi ve ahlaki olarak i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirten Altan, adaletin ve k\u00fcresel vicdan\u0131n ancak bu sayede yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulabilece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cihangir \u0130slam: &#8220;\u0130man Sadece Teori De\u011fil, Eylemdir&#8221;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Cihangir \u0130slam<\/strong>, modern d\u00fcnyada akl\u0131n &#8220;ara\u00e7sal&#8221; bir hale indirgendi\u011fini ve &#8220;ni\u00e7in&#8221; sorusunu soran <em>hikmet<\/em> (bilgelik, gayeyi anlama) anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kaybedildi\u011fini ifade etti. D\u00fcnyadaki haks\u0131zl\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n duru\u015funu sorgulayan \u0130slam, \u015fu noktalara temas etti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zulme Kar\u015f\u0131 Ortak Tepki:<\/strong> Bug\u00fcn Bat\u0131&#8217;da ve ABD&#8217;de Filistin i\u00e7in soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7lardan insanlar\u0131n, f\u0131trattaki ortak vicdan\u0131n bir yans\u0131mas\u0131 oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medine S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ve \u00c7o\u011fulculuk:<\/strong> Hz. Muhammed&#8217;in (asm) Medine&#8217;de kurdu\u011fu sistemin; hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye, farkl\u0131 inan\u00e7lar\u0131n bir arada ya\u015famas\u0131na ve tekelci olmayan \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir pazar anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bunun bug\u00fcnk\u00fc demokrasi umdeleriyle (g\u00fc\u00e7ler ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, sivil toplum, \u00e7o\u011fulculuk) paralellik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaz\u0131m G\u00fcle\u00e7y\u00fcz: &#8220;Hakiki Adalet Vicdandan Do\u011far&#8221;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Din kavram\u0131 \u00fczerine sosyolojik tan\u0131mlamalara bir <strong>cevap<\/strong> niteli\u011finde s\u00f6ze ba\u015flayan <strong>Kaz\u0131m G\u00fcle\u00e7y\u00fcz<\/strong>, tahrifata u\u011fram\u0131\u015f inan\u00e7lar\u0131n aksine \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131n ilk g\u00fcnk\u00fc safl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla hayat\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Bedi\u00fczzaman&#8217;\u0131n asr\u0131n <em>m\u00fcceddidi<\/em> (dini hakikatleri asr\u0131n idrakine sunan yenileyici alim) olarak &#8220;Do\u011fru \u0130slamiyet&#8217;i&#8221; ortaya koydu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa Kar\u015f\u0131 \u015eefkat ve Duru\u015f:<\/strong> \u0130nsandaki zul\u00fcm meylinin s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u0131k\u0131mlara yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten G\u00fcle\u00e7y\u00fcz, Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n sava\u015fta dahi masumlar\u0131n, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ve hatta hayvanlar\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 koruyan <em>rikkat-\u0131 cinsiye<\/em> (insanl\u0131k t\u00fcr\u00fcne duyulan \u015fefkat ve ac\u0131ma hissi) ile hareket etti\u011fini \u00f6rneklerle anlatt\u0131. \u0130nsan\u0131n kalb ve akl\u0131n\u0131n, zul\u00fcm kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sessiz kalamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adalet-i Mahza (Tam ve Kusursuz Adalet):<\/strong> Risale-i Nur&#8217;dan referanslarla, &#8220;Bir masumun hakk\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn halk i\u00e7in dahi iptal edilemez&#8221; prensibini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. K\u00fcfre r\u0131za g\u00f6stermenin k\u00fcf\u00fcr oldu\u011fu gibi, zulme r\u0131za g\u00f6stermenin ve seyirci kalman\u0131n da zul\u00fcm oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0130stibdada Kar\u015f\u0131 H\u00fcrriyet M\u00fccadelesi:<\/strong> Bir rejimin ad\u0131n\u0131n sadece cumhuriyet veya demokrasi olmas\u0131n\u0131n yetmeyece\u011fini, uygulaman\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirterek Bedi\u00fczzaman&#8217;\u0131n <em>&#8220;Tebedd\u00fcl-\u00fc esma ile hakikat tebedd\u00fcl etmez&#8221;<\/em> (\u0130simlerin de\u011fi\u015fmesiyle ger\u00e7ek de\u011fi\u015fmez) tespitini aktard\u0131. <em>\u0130stibdat<\/em> (bask\u0131 ve diktat\u00f6rl\u00fck) rejimlerine kar\u015f\u0131, kanun hakimiyeti ve <em>h\u00fcrriyet-i \u015feriye<\/em> (hukuka ve inan\u00e7 prensiplerine uygun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck) temelinde m\u00fcspet m\u00fccadelenin devam edece\u011fini belirtti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Program, konu\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan panelistlere te\u015fekk\u00fcr plaketlerinin takdim edilmesi ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara y\u00f6nelik iyi niyet temennileriyle son buldu.
